On the 10th of October my son and now wife ordered flowers on line for their wedding, but the order didn't go through. So on my way home from where the wedding was going to be I got that call. I remembered the florist on my way home and dropped in an explained we needed her bouquet. The bride and I were on the phone and the florist said what she could do for us. I gave her a deposit and went home to get the bride and my daughter. On the way back to go to the wedding we forgot something blue, so when we got to the florist we told and she put some blue flower in her bouquet and it was gorgeous. Thank you so much for what you did to make the bride a happy woman. We appreciate it.
My mother recently ordered an arrangement for an out of state funeral. She came in to Sharper's to place her order, as she have done several times before. The attendees assured her it would be done by an out of state florist and delivered in time. However, on the day of delivery the florist did not deliver the arrangement to the address sent. rather a church a stranger directed them to. Sharper's failed to contact my mother to let her know of the directions given by Sharper's to the out of state florist, resulting in $150 worth of flowers having absolutely no account. After contacting Sharper's to inquire why the flowers had not been delivered, the attendee said they were delivered, but neglected to say to the WRONG LOCATION. After giving Sharper's a chance to rectify the situation, the attendee put the issue on the back burner, failed to call back with updates, and refused to return money for the order. This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I would definitely proceed with caution if anyone decides to order from this florist.
