Our FIOS box on the street was left open. Called Verizon, they said 3 to 5 days for a service call. Contacted FT Wash FD, explained to them the situation, what if someone comes by and damages the Fiber Cables and all the services ( TV, Phone and Internet) were blocked out , how would the elderly on monitoring devices fair or anyone call 911 since most subscribers have phone service through their FIOS bundle. 1/2 hour later, they are there, closed the box, waved to me good-bye and on their way.
